Hi everyone, We (Yiannis & Francesco) are looking for a new "hygge" tenant for the third room in our apartment from the 15th of February. We are looking for a person who will stay for a year with a possibility of extension. I work as a Receptionist in a hotel and Francesco is a Master's student at Aalborg University, so most of our free time we enjoy relaxing at our cozy home. We are looking for a nice, outgoing and pleasant flatmate who will be clean and tidy and respects his future home. Unfortunately, we consider the room suitable for one person and not for a couple. The room is the one we point in the picture below and it, also, has a walking closet. The apartment is located in Teglholmen (Zone 1) in a very beautiful brand new area with everything that is needed within walking distance (Netto, Spar, Irma, bus stop, boat bus stop, Sydhavn station). Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, bike & car parking lots, etc. are available. CPR is available. Rent is 6,500 DKK plus 500 DKK for the utilities (heating, water, electricity, WiFi).
