Hello, Info on Room: Renting a room in sharefriendly appartment with access to bathroom and kitchen, including washing machine, tumbledryer and dishwasher. The appartment is from 2016 with a balcony towards the inner courtyard. The room you are renting have a closet as shown in the picture but otherwise unfurnished. Total rent at DKK 6.400 including heat, water and electricity and internet. It is possible to move in from 1. August 2019. Deposit is DKK 19.200 (three times rent) Appartment is 5 min (max) from DR Byen Metro and walking distance from Islands Brygge. You can get to Copenhagen Business School in 15 min using the Metro. Supermarket is around the corner with a small café and hairdresser. They are constructing a new building next door, it is not something that has bothered me at all, but if you are often home between working hours, it might be something you will notice. What I expect from you: I appreciate a very clean appartment all the time, it is therefore important that you, like me, have experience with and loves a clean appartment with good indoor climate. If you know, you do not have the experience, and it is something you might still need to work on, or simply do not have experience with living alone in an appartment, this is not for you. You are renting a room with access to both kitchen and bathroom. I do not mind you using all the basic kitchen compliances or cudlery, you can chill on the couch and watch TV, or have a friend over. For this to be possible, it is very important and a requirement, that you are courteous, have respect for and are careful with all my things. If you are studying, this will be done in your room, since you are renting the room and not a share in the appartment (you are not paying half of the rent). Partying is in the city. About me: I am a 28 year old male, who loves chilling with friends, appreciate good food and red wine, loves watching new movies and travelling. I am goal oriented and working at a top four audit and consulting firm is a huge part of my daily life, where I spend a lot of time.
