I am looking for a clean person, preferably female, non-smoker and student. The room is a bit bigger than 19sqm, but since it is a rooftop apartment it counts as less because of the sloping ceiling, irl the room is around 22sqm. You will be sharing my apartment with one other person. The apartment is located next to an elder house and a huge park(Valby Parken), so expect no traffic noise and lots of nature. The apartment is fully equipped. Has a small bathroom, a functional, fully equipped, kitchen and an entrance hall. Good and free parking options . The area has a nice animal park, a public library, a few supermarkets 5min away, some cafes and a few takeaway places. Also a fitness world 10 minutes away. Good bus connections nearby(3A, 10, 14, 4A) and 10minutes walk from Ny Ellebjerg station or Sjælør St. 4,5km(15min) away on bike from Copenhagen Central Station. All bills are included also fast wifi connection.
