The apartment is 89m² large, with two bedrooms. It is located on the 3rd floor, with easy access via elevator. You will have the larger of the two bedrooms - large enough for two people - which also has its own balcony. The room is unfurnished, so you can set it up however you like. I have moved into the apartment myself only 3 months ago, so I am still in the process of furnishing the main room. The metro station is 10 minutes away, and you can get to the city centre in about 25 minutes. Heat, water, and internet connection are included in the rent. Electricity will be paid separately every three months - we split evenly.
