We are a couple seeking to rent out a wide and furnished room to a kind and calm person. In the room there is a big, comfortable bed, a table you can freely style up and use for your studies or work, and a closet for clothes and items. But of course, the room needs you and your touch! The flat is a 3 room apartment with a cozy balcony. The kitchen and bathroom is shared. We have a washing area located in the basement where there are washing machines and dryers available. All included water, heating and internet. The area is located close to the centrum of Copenhagen and here are many public transportation options available at all hours of the day. The apartment is located nearby green areas such Utterslevmose and alot of running paths and possibilities for shopping, exercise and relaxation. Rental period (3-6 months) with possibility for an extension. Pets are allowed.
