Hi ! We are looking for a long term tenant to take over a room in a shared apartment on Nørregade. The room is 20m2, furnished. As I’m leaving Copenhagen I need someone to take care of my 2 amazing roommates - Sachin an Jenny who both work here in Cph. The apartment is about 144m2, 2 minutes walk from Nørreport Station. It consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room/kitchen and a sunny balcony. There is a washing machine and a dryer, a big kitchen fully furnished with a dishwasher and a living room/dining area where there's plenty of room to sit and watch tv, eat or just All common expenses are shared equally, including the rent (incl. water, heating), electricity, wifi, cleaning and other utilities. The current rent (incl. water, heating) is 6800kr. Electricity and internet are roughly 300 per month extra. There is a deposit of 3 months and 3 months of prepaid rent ( we can find an arrangement for not paying everything the same moth) The moving in date is 1st of January but I think the room will be free from Xmas so an earlier date is possible. We would prefer no couple sorry :/
