Hi room seekers! I'm moving out from our beautiful apartment in Østerbro (østerfæld area) and I'm looking for a new person to take over my room. You will live with two amazing girls, Polish and French. They all enjoy chatting, grabbing a glass of wine and dinner, but also respecting their own space and time as on a daily basis they are quite busy. They like to keep our apartment clean and they do not make parties - but sometimes they do host few friends for dinners. The flat was renovated around 2 years ago. We have a big hyggelig living room with a large TV screen, some plants, a „normal” bathroom (not the typical standard where you have the toilet under the shower :P) with washing machine and dryer, nice open kitchen with dishwasher and a balcony that overlooks the Fælledparken. Your room is very cozy, with a view over the patio, so it's very quiet. It is unfurnished apart from a built-in wardrobe. The location of the flat is absolutely amazing - by bike it takes 10-15mins to Norreport, 1 mins to the closest metro station, 5 minutes to Nordhavn-train station and like 20s to Fælledparken. All around there are many shops, cafes, gyms and yoga studio - everything you need is just around the corner. The rent is 5000DKK including internet, water and heating + there is electricity to pay, approx 220 DKK/month (depending on the usage). Of course CPR is available.
