Hello everyone, We have a lovely room available from 1st March. The rent is 6.000kr and the deposit is 15375kr (energy bills are not included in the rent but consider approximately 100DKK/month for both). The flat is located in the heart of Vesterbro and is +/- 220 sqm . Around the corner you will find many supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and much fun to be had. The flat has 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms and a big kitchen. It is fully furnished (including dishwasher, washing machine and dryer)). You will share the flat with one Australian guy, one French girl and another French couple. We are all in our late 20's. We are looking for someone who is relaxed and open minded. The room comes with a wardrobe and a few smaller bits of furniture, but you will need to buy your own bed. The room is available from 1st March. When we are not caught up at work, we like to watch movies or TV shows, grab a drink, cook and play board games once in a while. We also have friends visiting and from time to time and we don't have a problem if people visit you too. If you think this is a place for you, please tell us something about you.
