Deposit is 1600 DKK (but the deposit especially is negotiable). The building is equipped with an elevator, basement garage (which is also a car parking lot), common recycling/ waste, and a large rooftop with wonderful panoramic views of the sea and the surrounding city available for your use and entertainment needs. The apartment is equipped with a washer, dryer, and dishwasher all within the apartment for your use along with a storage closest for additional large items you may need to store away. Additionally, you will have access to the private balcony as pictured. Moreover, the main living space and kitchen are furnished and fully equipped.
