ROOM FOR RENT IN ØSTERBRO, DECEMBER 1st - UNLIMITED I just got a 3-room apartment in Østerbro (close to Poul Henningsens Plads) starting December 1st, and I’m looking for someone to subrent one of the rooms and share the rest of the flat with me (long-term) :) It’s a modern and bright ground-floor apartment in a lovely building. The flat has everything one could need: a modern bathroom with washing machine and dryer, a dishwasher, private outdoor area facing the courtyard, rooftop access, and private storage space in the cellar. There are two rooms with closable doors and an open kitchen/living area. One room is very small, and the other is more spacious. I was thinking of taking the smaller one so you’d have more private space. The bigger room is around 9,500 DKK (including utilities) — but I’m open to discussing this so it feels fair for both of us. Deposit would be 3x the monthly rent and first and last month should be paid in the beginning (typically danish ;)). The flat is unfurnished and I don’t have much furniture yet, so it might look a bit empty at first — but it would be great if we could make it feel cozy over time. If you’re not into buying furniture, I’m happy to take care of that. A bit about me: I’m Carla, 25, from Zurich, Switzerland. I recently finished my studies in Biochemistry and just started a PhD in Marine Biology at KU and moved to Denmark. I’m an open-minded, happy person who loves CrossFit, pottery, nature, and good coffee. I’ve lived in shared flats for six years and enjoy sharing small moments together. Maybe a spontaneous drink on a summer evening, a morning ocean swim, or a relaxed night on the couch.
