Hello! I will be renting out an apartment in Vestamager (Copenhagen) from April 1st where I will have a spare room to rent. You will be sharing with myself and a friend - we are two very easy-going, quiet queers and both full-time students at Copenhagen University. We’re ideally looking for another LGBT+ person between 25-35, but all applications are welcome. You should, however, at least speak English and/or Danish. The rent will be 5000 DKK a month (water/heating/electricity/internet included) with a deposit of 15,000. There will be a contract (in English). You may have your address at the apartment. The apartment is on the 4th floor and located 300m away from Vestamager Metro station. Close to Kalvebod Fælled, Fields shopping centre and a local Rema1000. The apartment is 101m2, 3 bedrooms (between 8-12m2), and one large, shared, kitchen/living room. It is a “nybyggeri”, and we also move in in April, so we do not have any pictures at the moment but we will share the floor plan with you when we chat ?? Hope to hear from you!
