Hi , Im renting out a room ( 11qm) in my lovely flat (70qm) in the middle of CPH ( K) close to Esplanaden for 2 month starting 1.11. You have access to kitchen , and living room as well. The room is very quiet with view in the garden. The the only issue is that the shower is accessable through this room but its not a problem with planning and communication forehand. The shower and the toilet are separated so this will be no problem . You would live with me , i work most of the time also weekends so i use my flat to rest. Ofc I like from time to time a chat and a shared dinner .
