Room for rent in a gorgeous modern home located in the newly built area teglholmen. You'll be sharing the apartment with Dida, a 27 year old nursing student with a full time job. Dida Enjoys sleeping in on weekends, cooking food and spending time with friends. And Myself a 28 year old student with a full time job who also enjoys spending time with friends and spontaneous weekend trips. Common interests we share include fitness and going out to eat. We’re both fluent English speakers and would prefer an English speaking roommate although Danish is our mother tongue. Our previous roommate was on Exchange from Korea so all nationalities and cultures are welcome. We are very social people but we also respect privacy. Practical information: Long-term, from October 1st. However we can start a contract of 6 months and extend from there. The room can either be furnished or unfurnished, built-in wardrobe. Rent: 7000 DKK all inclusive. The apartment is on the 3rd floor; with a spacious living room/kitchen area. It receives a lot of light and has an amazing view towards the water. Smoking and pets are not allowed inside the apartment, but there is a balcony where you can smoke if you wish to do so. Please note the room is for 1 person only, no couples.
