Hello everyone, I am looking for a new roommate for an 11 m2 room in Valby (Horsekildevej) - near Spinderiet and 2,5km from CBS. It is available from 1st of May (earlier can be discussed) and the rent is 5,000 DKK/month (deposit of 15,000 DKK) - The room will be unfurnished - The kitchen and bathroom are shared with me - Renting period is long-term The room is approximately 11 m2, but spacious enough for everything you need. I am 20 years old and a student at CBS and spend most of my time working or studying. You should ideally be a student or a full-time worker, between 20-30. It would be great to have someone who understands privacy but also likes to chat, cook meals together on a regular basis (to save the effort) It is important that you are clean and tidy and willing to accept that the cleaning tasks are divided between us and done weekly. Also that you accept the house rules that keep the apartment nice and tidy.
