Hi there I am looking for 2 roommates for a spacious new shared apartment next to Bella Center in Ørestanden, Amager. The apartment will potentially host you, me and 2 other roommates. The apartment is 121m2 in size and consists of 4 rooms as well as a shared bathroom and a combination of a living room and kitchen that offers as spacious common area with plenty of room for a sofa and dinner table, and other things to you liking. The rent covers all utilities such as heating, electricity, internet & water use. The flat will be ready for move-in on the 1st of April. I dont have many pictures as the building is just in its final stage of construction. The rooms are unfurnished and vary in size. A dishwasher, washing machine and dryer is available in the partment. I expect you to be a young professional or student between the age of 23 & 35, but as my current roommate and I are very laid-back and relaxed we are quite flexible. You can be a pensioneer and identify as a non-binary attack helicopter. We dont care much :) We expect you to take part in weekly cleanings of shared living spaces or do it in turns accordingly. After 23.00 in the evening I expect you to keep music to headsphones or similar. The apartments is open to friends and visitors as long a moderate amount of respect is paid to neighbors and roommates. If youre an introvert that prefers solitude, then that is perfect too.
