Hello! My room mate have decided to leave our cozy apartment since she will be moving temporarily to Sweden so her room is available. The apartment is 68 m2 and it’s located in a modern building in Njalsgade 183, on the fifth floor with an elevator. It consists of 2 bedrooms of around 9sqm each, one livingroom / kitchen, each room with personal bathroom and a nice balcony facing west. It has big windows, a modern kitchen with a dishwasher and both a washing and a drying machine. The entire apartment has floor heating, which can be adjusted in every room separately. In the basement there is an indoor shared parking space for bicycles and a private storage. There are three big public roof terraces perfect for sunbathing or barbecuing in the nice summer days. In the neighborhood there are several supermarkets, and the metro station of Islands Brygge is just 5 minutes away by walking. The room rent is 6.150 kr/month and includes water and heating. Internet and electricity are billed separately according to the contract. When moving in, there is a 2 months deposit and 1 month prepaid rent Total 18.450. The apartment will be rented for 6 months with the possibility of extension to up to 2 years. The building has a regulation of no pets, no smoking and no loud parties. The apartment will be available from May 15th. You will share the apartment with me Juliette, I work as Dance instructor and study parttime. It will be nice to have someone nice around who we can share...I respect closed door and privacy but we can also enjoy beer or having a dinner together.
