Hey there! We are looking for someone to look after our third roomie's room while he is on exchange in the US. The rental period is 15.03.--01.08., and the room is fully furnished. The flat itself measures 102 m2, with a big 50m2 kitchen / living room unit and 3 private rooms. With approximately 9 m2, the room to be rented out is the smallest and cheapest of these. The rent is all inclusive. CPR-registration is possible. Our collective is a social living arrangement and we therefore look for someone who wants to share more than just common space with us. Even though we both have structured weekdays and often come home rather late from work, we make an effort to take part in each others lives. We value good vibes and a respectful contact with each other to create a homely environment for everyone. If you are interested in a collective without social commitment, but with room for occasional common dinners, movie nights and parties, this might just be something for you. About us: Both of us work full-time. Rune is writing his PhD in Statistics and Liv works as a highschool teacher in Arts. Besides crushing numbers and typing greek letters, Rune is addicted to coffee and a weird sport called disc golf, loves to cook Indian food and has a special taste for deep electronic music. Liv is the creative soul in our collective and used these skills to turn the apartment into an urban jungle. She’s a tea addict and loves hipster sports such as climbing, yoga and eating gluten free. Together we make up a bold cocktail, excited for some new and unknown ingredients. Even though we’re very easy going types, we do appreciate order and tidiness at home. You should know how to clean up after yourself and help us to maintain a nice and inviting place as we do like to invite friends over from time to time. The apartment is to be cleaned by one of us on a weekly basis. The apartment is located in the new part of Sydhavn, directly at the waterside of Teglværkshavnen. A bike ride to Central Station takes 10 minutes. The neighbourhood is a quiet area, mostly inhabited by young families, though slowly becoming more vibrant as an increasing number of bars and cafés are opening.
