135 m2 modern apartment located in Sydhavn. The room is 12 m2, furnished with large windows allowing for lots of light into the room as well as a view to the water. The apartment get lots of sun for those days when it actually shines :) Close vicinity to Fisketorvet taking only 4 minutes by bike. The apartment has lots of outdoor space for those who like a breath of fresh air and enjoy the some nice views of the sky and surroundings. There is a small basement area of about 4m2 (shared amongst us) for storage and there's a very nice Italian supermarket down the road and also a Netto right opposite. Just by the building you will find an inviting sun bathing area, exercise equipment, ping pong table, small soccer playing ground and lots of space to enjoy the water if you like using SUPs, kayaks or any other kind of water activities. Both Inga and I (David) are young professionals working in IT and enjoy motivating each other and sharing ideas. Inga is also working part-time in a cool arcade bar serving up awesome cocktails and lining up shots of tequila. I also spend a few hours per week volunteering at an NGO as a barista over the weekends. We’re both open-minded individuals, have a good balance of being social but also like to have time to ourselves. We’re very active, working out and staying fit is more of a lifestyle rather than a chore. We enjoy cooking, experimenting with our food and having fun with it. We’re both avid learners and work on our own projects and studies in our spare time. We would like to create a healthy working space for those living with us along with a nice chill vibe for those times you just wanna relax and let your hair down. We are looking for an honest, easy-going person like us. We kind of hope that you are a non-smoker (but not a must), as well as that, you should have common sense and treat other people's things and the apartment with respect.
