Hellooo! :) I'm looking for a roommate (ideally long-term, but the most important thing for me is a good match!) to share a brand-new apartment and build a warm, friendly home together in Copenhagen. A bit about me… I'm Txell, a 33-year-old woman from Barcelona. I work full-time as a research assistant at DTU Biosustain and will soon be starting a PhD at the same research center. I love dancing (Lindy hop, solo jazz, afrobeats), live music, plants, sports, nature, winter bathing, yoga, and meditation. I have a good sense of humor, enjoy joking around, bike everywhere, and love sharing nice meals with friends. This new apartment feels like a fresh start for me, and I’d love to share it with someone who also values having a peaceful, fun, and caring space we can both truly feel at home in. About the apartment… It’s a brand-new, spacious apartment in Mjølnerparken, just an 8-minute walk from Nørrebro Station, Skjolds Plads, Den Røde Plads, and surrounded by cozy cafés, shops, supermarkets, and more. **The available room is the big one (14 m2)** 90 m² on the first floor Sunny south-facing balcony :d Entrance hall, two bedrooms, a large living room (I’ll bring some plants — you’re welcome to bring yours too, or we can go get some together!) Fully equipped kitchen: fridge/freezer, oven, stove, extractor hood, dishwasher, and lots of storage Spacious bathroom with a washing machine and dryer Extras: Basement storage, bike parking, shared rooftop terraces, and a lovely courtyard shared with the building's residents The apartment is unfurnished. I’ll start furnishing it, but I’d love for us to create the space together so we both feel equally at home.
