About the apartment: - Located at Skippingevej, 1st floor, Brønshøj. - Quiet neighbourhood. You can hear the birds chirping. Yet you’re still close to the big city action. - Freshly renovated. - The heart of the home is a ‘hyggelig’ kitchen/living room area—perfect for board games, shared dinners, or a shared refreshment and a catch-up after work - East-facing balcony, ideal for your morning coffee or a sunny afternoon chat. - Common washer and dryer in the basement, shared with our downstairs neighbours. - Huge attic space for storage. Location - 10 minutes by bike to Vanløse (S-train + Metro) and Husum Station (S-train). Bus lines 5C, 2A, and 350S are a few minutes away on foot. 15-20 minutes by bike to Nørrebro. - You’ll be near Utterslev Mose, and just a short ride from Damhussøen/Damhusengen. There's also a green common area right across the street (pictured). - Grocery stores, gyms, and Grøndal Multicenter in close vicinity by bike. Rent & details: - 5000 kr/month, incl. heat, water, internet, and indbo insurance (excluding electricity which we split by the end of the month). Move-in cost: 3 months rent for deposit + 1 month pre-paid rent - CPR registration available. - Move-in: ASAP, but can be tailored to your situation. - Unlimited rental period. - Optional furnishing: bed with storage cabinets - let’s talk about your needs. About you: - Age 25–35 (flexible if you’re a great fit). You might be an expat finding foothold in Denmark or an early professional who values living in a social setting. - Have experience living with others and value open, respectful, collaborative communication. - Socially oriented. We don’t have to sit in a circle singing Kumbaya, but it would be cool to chat at the end of the day, do stuff as a household, and try to merge our friend groups. - Planning to stay in DK for more than 6 months. - Non-smoker/vaper (not even on the balcony). - No couples, kids, or pets. - Respectful of closed doors and calm after 22:00 with respect for our senior neighbours downstairs. - Up for sharing costs like cleaning amenities, etc. You will be living with me, your pragmatic landlord, but first and foremostly super helpful roommate.
