My friend Paul and I have gotten our hands on a newly-built, 136 sq m. penthouse apartment, 15 minutes away from the city center by metro and we're looking for two people to move in with us come January. We're both clean, respectful individuals, but also very sociable and like to go out often (not to make it sound like we're party junkies; both of us study engineering and generally have our shit together). We're just looking to be four friends living together, having a good time :). Couple notes on the apartment: the 15 sq m. room size is an approximation. We're not entirely sure (haven't measured yet) but obviously you would know / see the room before agreeing on anything :). The apartment has a large kitchen / living room, two shared balconies, two shared bathrooms with shower, a wash-room with washer and dryer and four bedrooms. The apartment has a great view over the sea too. The apartment in the video and images isn't the exact apartment; this was the showroom apartment. It's in the same style however.
