In a nutshell — refurbished 100 m2 apartment on 2nd floor at Grønttorvet in Valby, waiting for two lovely folks to join me, 29-year-old student and barista, and Milan, my 4-year-old son, in our new home from 15th September (or earlier). The flat — The place is newly refurbished and comes with all appliances like washing machine and dry tumbler in the bathroom and a fully functional kitchen incl dishwasher. There’s a balcony facing Grønttorvet square, and we have access to the courtyard as well as a roof terrace in the neighbouring building. Check out the video for a first impression. The rooms — The rooms X and Y to be rented out are 8 and 10 square meters, respectively- they’re marked red on the blueprint picture. They both have an integrated wardrobe, but otherwise come unfurnished. If you’re here only for some months, we can figure something out about furniture. The moneys — Room X will be 5000 DKK per month, all included. Room Y will be 6000 DKK per month, all included. 1-month rent deposit and 1-month prepaid rent for the last month. We’ll make a contract that covers all the relevant stuff, to prevent any wishy washyness. The area — Quite new, but quite lovely. Close to s-train ny ellebjerg or Vigerslev alle. 10-15 minutes (depending on how much you pedal to the metal) to vesterbro by bike. Similarly 10-15 minutes to valby Strand. Parks, cafes, supermarkets all close by.
