Hello! I'm looking for flatmates from late June / beginning of July. The bedroom is 11m2 with a built in wardrobe and a shared balcony facing the canal (Sun in the morning! Well when the weather allows it ;) The appartment has a large leaving room / kitchen, a washing machine and dishwasher, a small storage in the cellar - where you can also park your bike. Very nice view and peacefuI, with grocery stores close by, a bus stop (7A) around the corner and Sydhavn station at 1 km. They are building a metro station... but will take a couple more years! There is also a climbing gym very close, an "official" bathing zone, and park nearby. The rent is 6400 DKK, including electricity, water, wifi, and insurance. You can register a CPR. It is a non smoking appartment and not suited for pets. A little bit about me: I'm french, 32 yrs, working full time at the university as a researcher (in biostatistics), keeping the appartment clean and tidy. I'm playing badminton as a hobby and cooking as well. Language-wise, I speak French, English, and some Danish. Looking forward to hear from you! Brice
