Hey there! We will have one private room available in a brand-new spacious town house, starting from 1stFebruary for an unlimited period! The town house is part of a modern community in Vestamager which is on the edge of the city, surrounded by nature. The room is a single room and can be yours furnished / part furnished / unfurnished, as you prefer. There are two beautiful bathrooms, wooden floors throughout, and lots of glass, steel and wood which gives the place a great chilled vibe. The house itself is across five levels, so there is tonnes of space and always plenty of privacy when you need it. The house design is modern and bright, and has every convenience you could imagine: washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen, etc, and everything is new and works great! LOCATION: We are located a couple of minutes’ walk from the metro station and Rema 1000. Field’s Shopping Center is 10 minutes’ walk away. Although we are not in the center of the city, being so close to the metro means it only takes 15 minutes to get to Kongens Nytorv. We also sometimes cycle into town, which takes around the same time if you’re fast. ROOMIES: We are two guys in our early 30s, from England and Czech Republic. We both work in hospitality so we of course enjoy food and drink, as well as road and mountain biking, music, having a glass of wine or coffee… all the usual human things that humans do. We are definitely very relaxed about who we share the place with, as long as you are low maintenance and friendly! PRICE DETAILS: The rent is 4750,- kr; utilities + internet is 750,- kr; and ‘Move-in’ price is 16500 ,- kr. Including the last month prepaid. THE HOUSE: To describe the house in a bit more detail, the underground level has private parking for cars (extra cost) and bikes, plus a work bench for fixing bikes. We have a large, double height private basement in which we’ve made our own bar and keep some instruments and general storage. If you have lots of belongings, this basement is going to be make you very happy. On the entrance level there is a small entrance area, bathroom, and open plan kitchen and dining. There are front and back terraces which are great for having breakfast or a coffee in the summer. The first floor has another bathroom, a small lounge / study area and a double room. The next level is two single bedrooms and the large cosy living room. Then, going up again, we have a rooftop cabin, which opens onto a huge shared roof terrace with benches and garden boxes. The views are amazing at sunset and we find it’s the perfect place to have a quick Aperitivo before dinner.
