I'm looking for a roommate who will act as "apartment-sitter" for my 2 bedroom apartment while I'm away on travels. You will rent a furnished room in my apartment with access to kitchen and bathroom as well as the living room when I'm away (which I will be for 99% of the time). Looking for someone responsible, clean and non-smoking. No parties in the apartment, since there's a "no noise" rule in the building. Access to washing machine and dryer as well as a nice little courtyard. The apartment is 54 kvm2 in total and fully furnished with kitchen utensils as well. It's situated in a calm and quiet area with supermarkets and public transport to city center just 2 minutes walk from the apartment. There's a local café right around the corner from the apartment and Utterslev Mose, a nature area good for walks, biking and bird watching, is just 5 minutes away. Rent includes electricity, heating, gas and WiFi.
