I am looking for a single renter (no couples) to rent my lovely room for a minimum of 6 months from September until the end of February with a possible extension. The room is 12 sqm with a french balcony, a common space that is fully furnished and furniture in room to be taken over. The apartment itself is 163 sqm and has a big living room, bathroom and kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. The apartment is located close to Illum so you are very close to Strøget, Nyhavn and Nørreport. The apartment is shared with two lovely girls (Dutch and German) who are both working. We are looking for a tidy and clean person that is also working and is looking for a new place to feel at home. Sharing a love for G&Ts and boardgames is a plus! ?? Rent is 6.650 DKK per month, excl. electricity payment (normally around 60 DKK per month each). The deposit of 9.750 DKK and prepaid rent of 9.750 DKK should be paid in advance.
