(STUDENT ONLY. NO COUPLE) Hi guys :) Since I am going abroad for six months I am renting out my room in Copenhagen center. The period is from 1st August until 31st January. The room is in a student dormitory and therefore you must be a student. The room is approximately 30m2 and you will have private bathroom and kitchenette. Apart from the room there are common areas in the dorm such as gym, cinema, game room and common kitchens. As the room has a kitchenette you can apply for boligstøtte which is 1.019kr/month in this case. CPR registration is of course available (1 person only). Move in and move out dates are flexible but contract has to be the specified period. Price is divided as 6.710 of rent + 500 of utilities (fixed by the dorm). Deposit 10.000dkk (aprox 1.5 months).
