Hi! I'm Iker (26) from Spain and I just came to Copenhagen to work as a data scientist. I'm looking for a new roommate to share the 95 m2 apartment I just rented in Nordvest, preferably who is also working and who would like to hang out together once in a while. The room is around 8m2 and is unfurnished. The price of the room is 5500 DKK/month including heat, water and Wi-Fi. The electricity would be paid separately every 3 months and would depend on our consumption. The move-in is 16500 DKK consisting of a 2-month deposit plus the prepaid rent of one month. The apartment has also a big bathroom with washing machine and dryer and a spacious balcony. There is a Netto and Rema 1000 within walking distance. You can also find a Fitness World close by. The apartment is located close to a bus stop and it only takes 5 minutes biking to reach Norrebro Station. Looking forward to meeting you!
