Hello! My roommate and I are currently looking for a 3rd roommate to fill in the last room of our apartment. The apartment is semi-furnished, but your room will be fully unfurnished so you are welcome to design your room as you fully wish. The rent is 6000 dkk including everything else but electricity. Electricity comes in every 3rd month and we will have to divide them. The deposit is 24000 dkk. The 12000 dkk is for coverage of any damages you make on the furnitures, electronics, appliances and the apartment itself. The 6000 dkk is the rent for the last month before you move out. The last 6000 dkk is for the first month of your move in date. If there is any request about the deposit, you’re more than welcome to. You are not obligated to pay the deposit all at once. It can be paid as a monthly installment. The minimum stay would be 3 months but you are obligated to inform us 2 months before if you would like to move out. I (Mikaela) am a 23-year-old Filipino woman who works full time for Philly’s in Fisketorvet as a store manager. Rebecca is a 20-year-old half-Danish half-French woman who works at a bar/club in the meat packing district and maybe will be starting with her studies in the future.
