I will like to rent out one of the rooms, in my 2 room apartment. It is available for rent for 3 to 5 months, starting from the 1th of april. Your room will be furnished with a bed, Bed linings, a couch, 2 plants, coffee table and a dresser. We will share kitchen and a small bathroom. The apartment is located in the quite area of Sydhavnen. Im looking for: - A female tenant. - Age between 20 and 40. - Guests is allowed, but parties are not. - You are studying or working. - You respect privacy, but do also like a smalltalk in the kitchen sometimes.
