I rent a room as part of a new 130 sqm. 5-room apartment in Teglholmen from 1 October 202 and with unlimited rental period. There will be 4 in total , with you, living in the apartment. The room is 7 sqm for 4.605 DKK per month incl. water, heating, electricity and internet. The common areas consist of a large kitchen / living room with dishwasher, a large bathroom with washer and dryer and two large balconies, which we share. Deposit will be at 3x rent. In addition, 1 month's prepaid rent must be paid. There is a Netto and bus connections (7A direct to Central Station) right next to the building ;) I am 24 years old, studying Global Studies and Cultural Encounters at RUC for the master's degree and work as cook and cleaner.
