We are searching for a new tenant to our shared flat on Kronprinsensgade in the middle of Copenhagen. The flat is a beautiful maisonette apartment with a spacious shared living room, kitchen and bathroom, as well as three bedrooms. Kitchen utensils, washing machine and living room furniture are available in the apartment. The bedroom for rent is furnished with a 140cm bed, a closet, an armchair and commodes, all of which your are welcome to take over if you like to. The room is free as of now, the exact move in date can be agreed based on your needs. The renting period is unlimited. The monthly rent of 6.826 DKK includes internet, water, heating, electricity etc. The apartment is shared with two flatmates: Emma, who is German and works as a consultant in Copenhagen, and Marek, who is Czech and currently doing his PhD.
