APARTMENT SIZE: 97 sqm. + big storage room in the basement LOCATION: 7 Minutes walk from Ørestad station. SURROUNDING AMENITIES: Rema and Netto in 7 mins walk , House close to nature park, gym in 1km and lot more . MOVE IN DATE: 01/01/2024 BEDROOM: Yours will be approx 15 sq meters with a big closet and I’ll furnish the entire house upon moving ( including your bedroom :) ) RENT: 7,500 DKK ACONTO: 500 DKK in total per month (This is just heating and water). ELECTRICITY & INTERNET: I have not looked into these prices, (have asked the current tenants what they roughly pay, waiting to hear back). DEPOSIT: 24,000 DKK (3 months rent) COMMON AREAS: There will be a washing machine/dryer, dishwasher and dining area/balcony all to share. PLEASE NOTE: The apartment will be completely UNFURNISHED, but I will be looking at buying/borrowing furniture in the last days of December 23 and first week of January 24. WHO I’M LOOKING FOR: You must be friendly, respectful and tidy ,help in timely cleaning of the house, a non smoker (smoking not allowed inside the house or balcony).
