Large, furnished room available in a cute shared apartment in Valby. You'll be living with Jess (31) and Alannah (29) in a home filled with plants, delicious cooking and lots of music! We're very close to the city centre - less than 15 minutes by bike and less than 5 minutes to bus stops and the S-Train. All the charming amenities of Valby, such as a shopping centre, cafes and multiple supermarkets, are right on your doorstep. Details: - Rent: 5000kr pm, including heating and water. Electricity, gas and internet are extra, billed every couple of months. - Rental Period: 01/06/2021 - 31/10/2021, five months in total - Deposit: 1 month's rent, covers both the room and furniture - Access to kitchen, bathroom and storage space - Building has access to a garden, laundry facilities and indoor/outdoor bike parking - CPR is available - Room comes with a bed, couch, coffee table and lots of storage space. Rules: - We're far from neat freaks, but we do like to keep the place nice. Everyone takes their turn to clean once every three weeks. In the meantime we all keep an eye on rubbish, recycling and household products running low - No drugs - No pets - Strictly no smoking or vaping inside the apartment. Smoking (cigarettes only) is allowed outside. - Friends/overnight guests are allowed, just let your roommates know first. Parties are also okay but they must be discussed first. The room is huge, so it's like having your own little apartment inside ours. The room is for one person, preferably aged between 25-35, and an ambivert like us. We're LGBTQ+ friendly, we like to cook together from time to time, watch movies, have a glass of wine, however we also respect a closed door. We're looking for someone with similar interests and personality to us who can help make our house a home!
