Dear Future tenant, I have 1 room to rent in my wooden charming house with a garden only 5km from Copenhagen town hall. It is a quite neighbourhood close to Bella Center and Field's shopping center. Metro station, Regional train station and Airport is closeby and you can find super markets (Netto, Reema, Irma) all over the neighbourhood. It is also close to the nature park Kalvebod fælled where you can enjoy beautiful scenaries and wildlife. The room is furnished with bed, microwave oven, little kitchen, floor heating, and dining table. All utilities are included. You will share bathroom and washing machine with me. You also have seperate entrance from the garden to the bathroom. I’m looking for a femal student may be you are studying Master or Phd. No animals and no smoking. A little about myself. I am retired artist. I have been travelling a lot and I am interested in foriegn cultures. Important house rules: - You have to clean the toilet once a week. - You will need to help me with computer and technology issues from time to time. Side note from previous tenant: This place is a very lovley place - homey and cozy.
