Hello room hunters! We (Antonio 33 yo from Spain and Mehmet 38 yo from Turkey) are searching for a third flatmate to share our 97 m2 apartment with. It is a brand new and very bright apartment with a spacious and sunny balcony facing the courtyard (common space). It is situated in Ørestad, 5 min walking from Bella Center metro station (so, only 15 min from the city centre) and 5 min walking from Field’s shopping mall. The room is already furnished with a double bed with storage, a bedside table, a wardrobe, a desk, a conference chair, and curtains the furniture - OPTIONAL- is 2 yo and will be sold for 5.500 dkk). The monthly rent is 6500 dkk which is including expenses except electricity. 15th of April is the take over date and we are looking for a long term rental with CPR registration. DM us if interested.
