We are renting out a room in our spacious 100m2 3 bedroom apartment. We have a big living room/ kitchen and a nice balcony. The apartment comes with all amenities- dishwasher, fridge, oven, laundry washer and dryer etc. There is a storage depot in the basement and a bicycle storage room. The building also has an elevator, which is quite useful since the apartment is on the 6th floor. The apartment is located in 5 minute walking distance from Fields shopping centre, Bilka, Rema 1000, Netto and Ørestad station (metro, trains, buses). The room in question is 12m2. It is unfurnished, but it does have a big built-in closet. A bit about us- we are two friends, females in our early-to-mid twenties. We both are young professionals, soon to be graduates. In our daily lives we both tend to be busy and keep to ourselves, but we also sometimes like to just chill and go out and have fun. At home we prefer a peaceful and neat environment. The building has a policy against loud noises and excessive partying, as there are families living here as well. Both of us are smokers, so we are smoker friendly. We would prefer a long term flatmate, but an exception could be made.
