The apartment is on the smaller side, appoximately 70 square meters, so it's not the place for big parties or excessive noise. We prefer a quiet and comfortable atmosphere where everyone can relax and unwind after a long day. It is of course okay to have some friends over once in a while. The room we're renting out is approximately 15 square meters, and it also has a balcony. We are two guys aged 26 and 28. I'm studying Data Science, while my roommate is working with game design. The main thing we seek in our roommate is that they aren't a party animal who comes home late every night and makes a lot of noise in general in the apartment.
