Since I am leaving my old apartment, now my two lovely roommates are in search of a third person to take over the extra room (: The room is available from 01/03/22 but it can be negotiated earlier. -Room is 9,5sqm -Rent is 3100 for the bedroom -Utilities estimated at 500kr/month per person (electricity, water, heating and internet) -Safety deposit is 9000kr The apartment is 122m² on two levels: downstairs is kitchen, living room, laundry room/entrance, a sweet balcony and bathroom; upstairs is the bedrooms and an extra toilet. There's a dishwasher and washing machine in the apartment, and also a small private shed where we can fit three bikes or other things (: The place is located at Gislavænget near the Stadium and several parks, at about 10min bike ride from city center. It's close to three supermarkets and has good access to frequent bus lines 21, 22, 24, 42, 41 and others, and close to a letbane stop. Nicoline is 26 and Paulina is 27. They're both hard working girls who are very nice to live with. There's a fun atmosphere around the house where we talk about anything in life, sometimes joining for meals, walks, boardgames, etc (: Paulina is also the owner of a super sweet dog, Stella, who is a tiny Pomchi mix; and Nicoline is looking into getting a cat as well!
