Hey , Since my friend is moving out from our flat i am looking for a new person to take over the place from 1st of February.The apartment is small but has a super loaction as it is very much in the centre ,5 min from the trainstation and Netto and 2min from AOF in case you are going to danish lessons. We do not have a washing machine , however there is a washing room in the building to use. The room is not furnished ,so you have to bring your own. The prices : Rent:3,560 DKK + 3 months rent deposit Water,heating, electricity per month: approx. 300 DKK I am looking for someone who is interesed in long term renting. If you have also a chill personality, respect for privacy and each other plus a tidy person ,then let’s arrange a time for viewing .
