Hey there! We're Niklas and Finn, two friendly residents of a cozy apartment located in Sydhavn, Copenhagen. We're on the lookout for a new roommate to join our apartment! Here's what we're looking for: - Status: You should be a working professional or in the final year of your master's degree. We appreciate someone who's juggling the demands of a busy schedule while also able to enjoy a well-earned break at home. - Cleanliness: We take pride in keeping our shared spaces tidy and welcoming, so we're after someone who values cleanliness and will contribute to maintaining the neatness of our home. - Sociability: We're both sociable creatures and love connecting with people. We respect each other's privacy and are looking for someone who does the same. Our apartment offers a comfortable room that you can furnish to your liking. The common spaces are equipped with all the essentials. Our home is located in Sydhavn with a view at the canal. We have a bus stop a few meters from the door and to the next S-Train station (Sydhavn St.) it takes about 5 minutes by bike. Next year a new metro station is supposed to open within 5 minutes walking distance. A bit about ourselves: Finn relocated to Copenhagen from Kiel in Germany, two years ago, to study Software Design at ITU Copenhagen. Recently he started a full-time job at a Danish fintech as a software engineer. He enjoys kitesurfing, rope climbing, cycling or just meeting friends for cooking or brunching. Niklas comes originally from Berlin and also moved to Copenhagen two years ago for his master's degree in Technology Entrepreneurship at DTU. He enjoys being active in the gym, going for a run, cooking and DIY projects.
