I want to rent a small garden house to a sweet quiet and easygoing guy who can clean up after himself and pay the rent with no problem. In return I can offer a calm and tidy place that will feel like home. The garden house is insulated, has thermowindows, an infrared warming panel and an electric heater. There is also a heating blanket in the bed. Shared kitchen with dishwashing maschine and washing maschine. Shared newly renovated bathroom. Pendlers are welcome too. No cpr.
