The room is approximately 10 square meters facing a quiet street. On the building's top floor, you will find a big rooftop terrace. Practical information: - The rent is 5,634 DKK (incl. 1,000 for water and heating) + the electricity and internet - When moving in, the first and last month's rent must be paid plus a deposit which corresponds to 2 months' rent (a total of DKK 22,536) - The room will be unfurnished - The apartment is located in a quiet, newly built area with many young residents and families - There are many shopping opportunities in the area: Lidl (6min), Rema1000 and Netto (10min), Spinderiet (15min) - The apartment is located between two S-train stations: Ny Ellebjerg and Valby St. There are also many public transport options: bus 4A and 1A right next to the building, 11, 18, 7A You will live with two young roomies: I'm Paula, I'm from Romania and currently working full-time in a company in Copenhagen, and Iva, who comes from Croatia also employed and working part-time. We love to cook and to hygge at home or go out with friends and enjoy the city when the sun shines. We are looking for a person who can take over the third room in our lovely apartment.
