The room will become available from 15th of january 2020, and the rental period is a year forward with possibility for extension. You have to be a non-smoker, and be able to pay rent on time.The apartment is populated by two indoor cats, and it is therefore important that you like the company of animals (they sure will like to be your friend) and accept all the aspects.
