Big bathroom. 10m2 balcony. You will share the apartment with me who is freelance Architect and BJJ instructor and Javier who works as full time engineer. We are both 30 yo, like to practice sports on regular basis, enjoy a meal from time to time together but we also respect each others privacy. The apartment is located in Sluseholmen, which is a beautiful area in Copenhagen, close to the city, green areas and the canals. There are also several shopping opportunities and small shops close by. There is access to several transport options in the area by bus, harbor bus, S-train and soon metro. The apartment is located about 15 minutes to the city center by bike and 8 minutes walk to the train station. Monthly rent: DKK 7800 (Single) DKK 10.000 (Couple) All services included (heating, electricity, water and fiber internet). Two months deposit is required. It is possible to register 2 CPR numbers. Move-in date is 16th of December (flexible).
