Light and quiet place with private balcony, two separate rooms, kitchen and a big bathroom all on the first floor in a house. Washing machine in the basement. The two rooms are furnished with a beds, a closet, a dresser, table, chairs, a few shelfs and evt. a sofa. The kitchen is basic, but full equipped. S-train 25 m down the street (C and H-line) and the Metro just 500 m down the street which takes you to the city center in 10 min. and hooks up w the new circle line. Supermarkets just around the block. We are a family of four living down stairs. We are happy to socialize but also respect privacy. We can help you with what ever questions you might have if you are new in the city. We have a cat, who does NOT have access to the upstairs. All expenses are included also wifi.
