Rent is inclusive amenities. For someone easygoing, super tidy, no parties home, generally grounded in life and whom appreciate nice interior. I did my MA in psychoanalysis, culture & history back in London, now work in Sweden with digital art direction and enjoy the bits out of Copenhagen. In no rush to rent out.
