Hey there! We are currently looking for our new flatmate to share our apartment in Havneholmen. Long term, move in date Dec 1st (somewhat flexible) :) Room comes furnished, 7000 DKK/month everything included and available Dec 1st. (deposit 3 months) The apartment is renovated and roughly 130 m2. It features a really nice balcony facing the canals, bbq, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Storage room in the basement is available, and our kayaks are free to use. Fisketorvet is right outside the doorstep, with several shops, 2 supermarkets and a gym too. Dybbølsbro St. is 5 min away. CPR available. About us: you'll be sharing the flat with myself and Fabian. We are both working full-time in Copenhagen. Very much into sports, cooking, tv shows and a good glass of wine (or 2 ;) ). Laid back people. About you: We are looking for someone laid back, that enjoys hanging out but respects privacy. You are clean and keep the common areas tidy.
