So, I am looking for a roomie (long-term) to share this magnificent apartment with starting from the 1st of November or earlier! Are you the one? What will you get when you'll become my roomie? 1. Location - Frederiksbrygge, 15 min by bike or public transport to the city center, or 5 min bike to the nearest S-Train stations (Sydhavn or Dybbølsbro); Kulvej (a.k.a Cool street, which is indeed cool) - windows facing to the canal and to the backyard. Balcony faces the canal as well (imagine sunrises in the mornings during the summer with a cup of your favorite drink!), no windows or balconies of other apartments in super close proximity; Netto - 5 min walk, Fisketorvet - 5 min by bike; 2. The apartment - 88 sqm, shared just with me. The whole apartment has a heated floor, so you won't get cold. No queues to the bathroom, no many people using the living room or the kitchen. 3. Your bedroom (a.k.a. Your private island) - 9 sqm unfurnished room, where you can put your desired furniture (it can easily fit a double bed, table and a clothes rack or cabinet); 4. The living room + kitchen - huge room, where you will feel that you have space and no need of sitting in your room all the time. There is a big fridge, dishwasher and an oven in the kitchen. Plus it is fully furnished (and you can add your furniture as well, to use the space outside your bedroom!); 5. Spacious (by Copenhagen standards) bathroom with washing machine included. 6. CPR registration - yes! 7. Me, as your roomie - recent CBS graduate, now full-time working at one of the startups in Copenhagen. Usually, in the free-time, dancing or learning Danish :) What will it cost for you? - All these benefits you'll get for 7400 DKK per month (all utilities included, such as el, gas, water, heating, and a fast-speed internet).
