Hey there :) We're looking for a new roommate for our cozy 3 person flatshare in the new part of Sydhavn. The room is available from January until May, or optionally for a shorter period (eg January - February). Your room is 10 m2, fully furnished, and comes with great morning light and a set of plants to take care of. It's part of a large and spacious modern apartment (100m2) with fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dryer, as well as a balcony. The location in Teglholmen is 30 m from the water, walking distance to Enghave Brygge metro station, and 15 min cycle from the city centre. You'll sharing the flat with two housemates Ravi and Weronika, who are both internationals working or studying fulltime. We like to keep the apartment clean and share the common duties and otherwise have a chill and friendly atmosphere in the house. The rent is 6100 kr per month which includes heating and water, plus about 150 kr per month for electricity. There is a deposit of 10 000 kr, mainly to cover the furniture in the room.
